We require 60 days advanced booking for banquet hall catering, the exception being 90 days for events in December. For all offsite catering we require 30 days advanced booking. Booked events that are cancelled within these time frames will be subject to our nonrefundable deposit policy.
The food & beverage, meeting space or venue event fee (for offsite catering) service fee, bar set-up, and tax are the most common costs.
Yes, we are equipped with two mid-sized private rooms, the largest room’s maximum occupancy is 100 persons.
Equipment rentals such as Audio/Visuals, specialty orders for cocktail tables, colored linens, chargers, china & glassware are an additional fee. Corkage and cake fees also apply.
No, we do not. All food is to be purchased through C.R. Gibbs with the exception of specialty cakes.
No, customers are required to be on one check when in a Banquet room.
C.R. Gibbs has been around for over 40 years and our catering service has been serving events large and small from the very beginning.
We require a deposit, a credit card on file and a signed contract in order to save the date. Final balance is due the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
